Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance.
• Defence experience.
• Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
• Meet the requirements of Chartered Professional Engineer (Engineers Australia), Registered Professional Engineer (Professionals Australia) or Fellow/Member of Royal Institution of Naval Architects or demonstrates the ability to obtain such status within three months.
• Familiarity with driven acquisitions, in particular the technical/engineering and related ILS elements.
• Experience with the DSwMS and Land Materiel Safety Manual.
• Experience in the Engineering Change Process.
• Experience with Project Capability Life Cycle and FIC Introduction into service aspects.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management Systems.
