Communication Designer (m/f) | PORTO (JN -102021-4501607) Porto, Grande Porto
Your responsabilities will be:
- Continuously further develop the design system of the company bran;
- Advise and directly support the Business Areas and Group Functions Center on design issues as part of the joint company branding including specific applications;
- Ensure brand compliance in regular exchange with the Business Areas and Group Functions;
- Actively support the design of infographics, icons and illustrations;
- Support Group Communications in the ongoing hosting of the brand hub and the creation of further templates for the brand hub, including the formulation / review of additional design guidelines / specifications;
- Conception, typesetting and layout of applications for print and online as well as design of visual campaign components using corporate design specifications;
- Image editing, creation of layouts and graphics;
- Introduction and ongoing development of the Groups digital asset management system;
- (Further) development and maintenance of templates (MS Office and Adobe products);
- Maintenance work for the Group website and intranet / NewsApp with the content management system Typo3 as well as maintenance of further channels (e.g. newsletter tool);
- Project coordination with multiple stakeholders - occasionally production handling with external service providers as well as further development of processes for production together with the Group Purchasing team.
