Customer Service (BDC) Representative 

Bill Jacobs Motorsport, a multi-franchise luxury dealer organization that includes manufactures such as BMW/MINI, VW, and Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale.
 
You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding, positive, customer service experience. The Service Coordinator acts as the essential communication link between the customer and the dealership.
 
Ideal candidates must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.
 
Schedule:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:00PM – 7:00PM Thursday: OFF and Saturday: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming service calls promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound service calls to produce specific appointments
  • Build rapport with each customer and demonstrate a helpful demeanor
  • Develop an understanding of product information
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Automotive experience is helpful but not needed, training will be provided
  • Customer service experience is key – retail, call center, reception and hospitality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft)
