Introduction

Acorn by Synergie in Exeter is recruiting several Housekeepers and Cleaners to support a busy accommodation team during the summer holiday period.

This temporary contract commences on 8th June and is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking short-term seasonal cleaning work in Exeter. The location is within walking distance or accessible via public transport from Exeter city centre.

The role involves preparing bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard for incoming guests.

Key Duties

• Clean bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

• Strip and re-make beds.

• Deep clean kitchens and communal areas.

• Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces.

• Remove waste and prepare rooms for new arrivals.

• Report any damage or maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

• Reliable and punctual approach to work.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
