Your working hours:
You’ll work a fixed night shift 10pm - 6am on a 6 week rota over 7 days.
All shifts include weekend working on a rota basis.
Here’s what you’ll be doing everyday:
At MandM we don’t do boring and your responsibilities will be varied throughout the day. All our warehouse operatives are flexible across departments and step in to help out their team mates whenever and wherever they’re needed.
Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities as a warehouse operative will include picking and packing customer orders using the RF scanner guns.
You’ll also cover other key duties such as lorry loading, machine minding and solving problem orders.
Other responsibilities will include stock movement, stock replenishment and unloading pallets of stock.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for enthusiastic team members who are looking to develop their warehousing skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal will help you fit into this team. You’ll also need to have your own transport due to limited public transport services.
