Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join an established business based in Bristol.

This is a freezer picking role with some forklift work, running Monday to Friday on a day shift. It’s a steady, slow-paced environment and you’ll only be in the freezer for 10 minutes at a time, so it’s manageable even if you’ve not worked in chilled or frozen before.

What’s on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm
• Paid weekly at £13.77 per hour

As a Warehouse/Forklift Operator, your duties will include:

• Picking stock within the freezer, working in 10-minute intervals
• Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts as required - around an hour per day
• Supporting general warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Adhering to all health and safety standards

To be considered as a Warehouse/Forklift Operator, you will need:

• Accredited Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences is essential
• A valid DBS certificate is essential
• 5 years of referenceable work history with no gaps longer than 28 days
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment
• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
