Were on the hunt for a reliable, experienced, and self-motivated TPO Technician to join our clients commercial roofing division. With a strong pipeline of projects across Wellington and the Hutt, our client provide steady work, great environment, and the chance to work with a professional, safety-focused team.

What You'll Do:

• Install TPO membrane roofing systems to a high standard
• Interpret plans, specifications, and site instructions
• Work independently and lead small teams on-site
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with site managers, apprentices, and contractors
• Where applicable, work within roofing and general maintenance

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in TPO membrane installation (min. 2 years)
• 5+ years trade experience
• Knowledge of other membrane systems (PVC, Butynol, torch-on) a bonus
• Roofing or maintenance experience is valued
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Current Site Safe Passport or willingness to obtain
• 2 x industry references
• Full NZ Drivers License
