Disrepair Supervisor – Social Housing

Location: North West London
Rate: £30–£35 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Disrepair Supervisor to join a social housing team in North West London on a temp-to-perm basis.

The successful candidate will have strong experience within social housing disrepair, managing contractors, dealing with residents and carrying out regular site/property inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard.

• Carry out property inspections and oversee disrepair works.

• Liaise with residents and manage expectations throughout the works.

• Monitor progress, quality and completion of repairs.

• Identify and resolve issues with contractors and residents.

• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to internal teams.
