Salary: GBP11.1 - GBP11.1 per hour

Customer Service Admin  - Evenings (AO grade) Hourly Rate £11.10

EVENINGS : Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm (25 hrs)   We also have day shifts available please ask 

Adecco and HMPO in Southport are working together to recruit for passionate people with excellent customer  service / admin background  to work in the evenings 25 hours a week Monday to Friday, the hours are 5pm to 10pm. There is a potential that these roles will move into fixed term contracts for 22 months with the HMPO .

The role is to respond to customer enquiries and complaints in writing, by telephone and face-to-face to the appropriate standard and maintain knowledge of legislation, policy, procedure, and security guidelines

Note: An employee may be required to carry out other duties within the scope of the grade and within the limits of their skill, competence, and training.

 

Relevant Skills to be successful you must have excellent customer service skills with a professional approach and able to engage with customers and teammates.  Good knowledge of IT skills including spreadsheets and able to work in a busy environment

 

Security Clearance Due to the nature of the work CTC you will require security clearance

 

  • Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
  • Have a *current* British Passport or ILR/ settlement status due to the sensitive nature of the work
  • NI Number 
  • 2 x proof of addresses (all in uk)
  • 5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
  • 3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month
