Outside IR35 Contract – Lead/Principal Data Scientist – Customer Analytics – Upto £650 p/d
We are currently working with a leading fashion retailer based in the UK and are looking for an experienced Lead/Principal Data Scientist for an end-to-end customer analytics project.
This role requires in depth understanding of Data Engineering, Analytics and Statistical Inference. The ideal candidate will have a background in statistics or time series forecasting.
The role will be for 6 months initially and will sit outside of IR35. The budget on this is £500-650 per day.
The ideal contractor will come with the following:
- A track recording of delivering customer analytics platforms and visualization dashboards from concept to complete delivery.
- Extensive experience of Data Platform design, ideally with Databricks and AWS
- Atleast 5 years of building statistical analysis models from scratch and taking them through to deployment
- Able to efectively use Python and R for data processing and statistinal analysis
- Experience guiding and mentoring more junior team members and advising on best practices
- Able to communicate with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical strategies
