Job Title: Construction Tutor - Peterborough

Salary Range: £25,000 - £36,000

About the Role / Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Tutor to join our team in Peterborough. This role offers an opportunity to engage with learners and help them achieve their educational goals in a supportive environment. As a Construction Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in construction skills, ensuring that students acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills to succeed in the industry. This role is on-site, 5 days per week, in Peterborough. The role will involve teaching Multi-Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective construction skills training to students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and update training materials to align with industry standards.
• Support students in achieving their educational and career objectives.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of construction skills and industry practices.
• Teaching or assessing qualification is required.
• Level 3 qualification in a construction-related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Experience in teaching or training is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
• Previous teaching experience of multi-skills is required.
