Initially this role will focus on global mobility tax and will develop into a more general tax role assisting with Corporation Tax and VAT requirements for the business across Europe.
In this role you will
- Advise the business on all employment tax issues and calculations, liaising with external advisors where necessary.
- Assist in establishing business travel processes and policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify policy improvements to enhance compliance and reporting
- Assist with managing Linesight's Global Mobility Programme, acting as the contact for all assignee tax related queries.
- Assist with Linesight's independent contractor policy, ensuring quality policies, processes and global compliance.
- Liaise with the tax team on potential Permanent Establishment implications arising from cross border arrangements.
- Provide assistance with other tax heads such as Corporation tax and VAT.
- Assist the Global Tax Director on ad hoc tax projects for the Group across Europe
