Are you an experienced CRO specialist adept in delivering ongoing performance improvements to websites?
THE COMPANY:
This digital marketing agency is looking to expand its team to establish a strong CRO and data function, aiming to further enhance and optimise client's digital strategies.
THE ROLE:
As a CRO Specialist, you will be:
- Leading CRO strategies across clients
- Managing and developing road maps, hypotheses and insights
- Setting up and running AB tests - analysing results and making recommendations
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful CRO Specialist will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in CRO strategy, road mapping, and hypotheses
- Google Analytics experience
- Strong background in AB testing and making recommendations from the results
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £40,000. On top of the salary, there are some fantastic extra benefits.
