For our client Novartis we are currently looking for Process Leads / Herstellungsleiter (gn) in beautiful Tirol.
With an output of over 2 million syringes per month you can expect high volume, highest quality manufacturing on site.
Your key responsibilities:
- Ensure production is in line with budget targets and defined resources (people, equipment, material, service, overtime, etc.)
- Ensure quality products and processes on time, every time, safely and efficiently in his / her responsibility area -Support local and global projects, focus on enabling new business
- Identify and solve problems and assure execution for the main site projects taking specific actions
- Provide ongoing services to ensure success of projects and site initiatives
- Develop building organizational culture in line with Novartis Values and Behaviors
- Re-imagine the future of aseptic syringe manufacturing as Drug Product Schaftenau is the center of excellence within the Novartis network for Syringe manufacturing.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Education: Master’s degree in microbiology or bioengineering
- Language: English and German fluent
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Biotech, Competence in finding solutions to complex topics and stepping into new fields
- High learning agility, proactive mindset paired with hands-on and execution attitude with ability to drive change and make things happen.
