About the opportunity
Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will provide leadership, direction and resources to ensure sales targets are achieved and sales strategies are executed by your team. You will inspire your team. You will provide resources & direction to your team, ensuring sales targets are met/exceeded and increase in market share is attained.
Skills and Demonstrated Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven Sales team leadership experience within the Medical Device industry
- Ability to teach, mentor, guide and influence
- Proven Sales successes within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) area
- Hands-on clinical hospital case experience within Australia's hospital environment
- Proven experience in negotiating major deals and tenders
- Proven experience in engaging KOLs
- Natural team player; works effective and collaboratively within the team environment
