Salary: AUD90000 - AUD100000 per annum + super, car & lucrative bonus!

Due to impressive growth, they are seeking a motivated & hungry Sales representative to join their team, focusing on accounts in the Newcastle and Central Coast areas.

 

 

About the opportunity

Promote a variety of high quality wound care products; positively impacting patient outcomes. Build and maintain accounts in the community across the range of day hospitals/clinics, Primary Care, Aged Care and Wholesaler accounts. Use your commercial acumen to develop business and to collaborate with clients for successful business outcomes. Engage in education and training with an exceptional range of wound care products. Manage a territory in Newcastle, with a focus on the Central Coast. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain & enhance relationships with account stakeholders in your territory
  • Collaborate with team members ensuring customers are updated on the latest technological advances
  • Act as a true commercial business partner, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Plan and manage your territory
  • Highlight & target opportunities
  • Provide clinical education to support product sales and implementation.

 

 

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of sales success and passion for health
  • Previous territory management experience
  • Previous experience of working within community-based sales such as aged care, day hospitals, primary care settings advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously, be self-driven and highly motivated
  • Be commercial savvy and demonstrate strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to liaise with a range of customers successfully
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proven hunger for exceeding targets combined with a desire to progress your career
