The Company:

Due to internal promotion, they are seeking a motivated & hungry Contract Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader you will drive the bid management process for the allocated territory. Ultimately, you will assist in Sales growth across the Public & private hospital sector.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage pre-tender planning, tender responses and price revisions
- Update tender tender & contract databases
- Oversee tender calendar
- Review, process & submit hospital tenders
- Assist in determining the pricing strategy
- Liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc market research activities
Your Skills & Background:
- Proven tenders/contract experience ideally in private/public healthcare system
- Superior project management capabilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Science related)
- Sound understanding of tender/contract management processes
- Superior relationship building capabilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skill; high attention to detail
- Superior communication skills
- Salesforce.com experience advantageous
