FLT Driver (Reach & Counterbalance)

The Best Connection Mansfield are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a well-established gift packaging company based in Mansfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a creative and fast-paced business known for its high-quality products and attention to detail.

We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals who hold valid, accredited Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences and can work safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles in line with company procedures.
• Moving stock and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Replenishing stock locations and ensuring materials are readily available for production and dispatch.
• Assisting with the accurate picking and movement of customer orders.
• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks and reporting any faults or defects.
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely within designated locations.
• Supporting the dispatch team with pallet movement and loading activities.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid and accredited Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences (in-date certificates essential).
• Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Flexible and reliable approach to work.

Working Hours & Pay Rate:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Pay rate dependent on experience
• Ongoing work with the potential for long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
