For an international client active in the logistical sector in Diegem, we are looking for a Logistics Analyst. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for:
As a Logistics Analyst you will be assigned to one global / multinational client of the company, and you will be the point of contact for this client regarding strategic, analytical or operational questions. More specifically your job will consist of the following:
- You are the point of contact for several structural or recurring inquiries of your client
- You will overview the running business for this client, and you are involved in successful relationship management
- You will follow up the performance KPI’s of the services provided to your client
- You will handle contractual agreements with the client, and you are involved in negotiations, set up of new services, adaptation of existing services,…
- You will be involved in different processes and performances, and how to optimize them in order to have a better outcome for your client
- You will contribute to continuous improvement
- You will analyse data in Excel and Power BI, and investigate trends
Profile of ideal Logistics Analyst:
- You hold a master’s degree
- A first work experience in a high-paced environment is a must
- You are fluent in English
- You have strong communication skills
- You have very good Excel knowledge, and you can work with Power BI as well
- You have an analytical mindset
- You are client-oriented, and have a can-do mentality
