Salary: AED35000 - AED38000 per month + family benefits

We are currently supporting a leading investment organisation in Dubai who are looking to recruit a UAE National HR Manager to join its growing HR team.



This is a broad HR generalist role, supporting the Senior Director - HR across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, L&D, manpower planning and wider HR initiatives.

The role requires a UAE National Family Book.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll and end-of-service processes, alongside benefits administration, insurance renewals and pension documentation.
  • Support end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Partner on L&D initiatives, including training needs and external provider management.
  • Support annual manpower planning, HR budgeting and compensation exercises.
  • Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations and HR policies/procedures.
  • Support HR audits, organisation design and wider HR projects.
  • Manage and utilise HRMS/payroll systems effectively.

Requirements:

  • UAE National with a Family Book is required
  • Bachelor’s degree; CIPD or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of HR experience, ideally within financial services, investment, professional services, legal or a similarly complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of UAE employment legislation, including UAE Labour Law, DIFC Employment Law and DGHR regulations.
  • Strong HR operations experience, including payroll, benefits and HR systems.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • High levels of integrity, discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive HR matters.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and results-driven.
