  • Contribute to the development and standardisation of regional HR policies, frameworks, tools and processes, supporting the longer-term development of a Centre of Excellence.
  • Guide and support local HR representatives across MEA offices, promoting consistency while accounting for local legislation and business requirements.
  • Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience through HR technology, workflow automation and data analytics.
  • Support the implementation of regional HR initiatives, providing guidance, training and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and management reports, while supporting HR audits, governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across HR, General Affairs, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity.
  • Broad practical experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent management.
  • Experience partnering closely with business leaders and advising managers on people-related matters.
  • Experience working in a multinational and culturally diverse environment; Middle East and Africa exposure is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR process improvement, HR systems, workflow automation, data analytics or digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • A proactive, open-minded and collaborative approach, with the humility to learn, the initiative to drive improvements and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Budget & Benefits

  • The role is budgeted between AED 18K - AED 21K + flight ticket and bonus

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining hands-on business partnering with broader regional projects, process improvement and the opportunity to help shape a more consistent and digitally enabled HR function across MEA.
