Location: Rochester, Kent

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour (£34,320 per year equivalent)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Guaranteed 48 Hours Per Week

Start Times: Between 4:00am and 6:00am

We are recruiting Driver's Mates to join a leading kitchen distribution company based in Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week period, with access to bonus schemes and future HGV Class 2 training opportunities.

The Role:

• Assisting drivers with deliveries of flat-packed kitchens to residential and commercial sites
• Loading, unloading and safely moving products
• Carrying out heavy lifting as part of a two-person delivery team
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
• Supporting drivers in completing daily routes
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to start between 4:00am and 6:00am
• Own transport essential due to early start times
• Willing to undergo pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in line with company policy
