Warehouse Operative – PM Shift (Chilled Environment)

Location: Aylesford, Kent

Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (PM Shift)

Pay Rate

• 14:00 – 18:00 - £13.05 per hour
• 18:00 – 22:00 - £15.80 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced Waitrose distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to build a career within logistics.

You will be working within a chilled warehouse environment (0°C to 3°C), supporting the smooth running of operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Handling goods within a chilled warehouse (0–3°C)
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
