We are currently recruiting Machine Factory Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility based in Gillingham, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role with full training provided and excellent overtime opportunities.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 15:30
• Friday: 07:30 - 15:00

Overtime Rates

Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:

• Time and a half after 37 hours worked
• Time and a half on Saturdays and Bank Holidays
• Double time on Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling small components for diesel pumps
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Packing parts ready for dispatch
• Operating and loading machinery (full training provided)
• Working with oils and diesel products in certain departments
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or machine operating experience is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to learn new skills
