Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm

Location: Marden

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Salary once permanent: Approximately £30,000 per year

Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm (flexible finish times depending on workload)

Contract: Temp to Perm

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse based in Marden.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with consistent hours, regular overtime and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Please note that this is a physically demanding role and will involve regular manual handling and heavy lifting, including items weighing 30kg+.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and organising stock around the warehouse
• Heavy lifting and manual handling
• General warehouse duties
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Working as part of a team
• Following health and safety procedures

Hours and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Flexible finish times depending on workload
• 42.5+ paid hours per week
• £12.71 per hour
• Regular overtime opportunities
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Approximately £30,000 salary once permanent

What we're looking for:

• Someone comfortable with regular heavy lifting of 30kg+
• A reliable and punctual individual
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone happy working in a busy and physically demanding environment
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but not essential
