The Best Connection is recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a healthcare catering operation based on Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9WL.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef looking to step into a senior kitchen role with consistent daytime hours.

The Role

As Head Chef, your duties will include:

• Leading and supporting the kitchen operation
• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are maintained
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Supporting the organisation of daily kitchen duties
• Ensuring dietary requirements and kitchen procedures are followed
• Helping maintain a professional and efficient working environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Head Chef, Senior Chef or experienced Chef
• Strong kitchen and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safe working practices
• Reliable and confident working in a busy catering environment
• Basic DBS required
