The Best Connection Group - Manchester is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established and reputable client within the food manufacturing industry.

Pay Rates

£12.71 - £18.26 per hour

Enhanced rates available through overtime and shift premiums.

Shifts Available

Weekly shift allocations across the following patterns:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 10:00pm - 6:00am

Flexibility to work across shifts is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring raw materials and packaging are readily available to maintain production efficiency
• Following plant start-up and shutdown procedures
• Reporting production and operational issues promptly
• Accurate document completion and data entry
• Maintaining health and safety standards within a food production environment
• Working effectively as part of a production team
• Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Ensuring the correct PPE is worn at all times
