Pay Rates & Benefits

• £19.16 per hour
• Monday to Friday shifts
• Start times between 05:00 and 06:00
• Approximately 8-10 hour shifts
• Ongoing full-time work
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Weekly pay
• Regular work with a well-established retailer

Class 2 Driver Responsibilities

As a Class 2 HGV Driver, your duties will include:

• Multi-drop deliveries to retail stores throughout Manchester and surrounding areas
• Completing approximately 6-7 deliveries per shift
• Handballing deliveries at customer locations
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service
• Operating a Class 2 vehicle in accordance with DVSA regulations
• Following Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations

Requirements

To be considered for this Class 2 Driver position, you must have:

• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UK road traffic laws
• Understanding of Drivers' Hours Regulations
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication skills
