The Best Connection Group – Manchester is currently recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for our client based in Openshaw. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established retailer, offering regular work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Pay & Working Hours

• £17.51 per hour basic rate. Time 1/2 after 39 hours worked.
• Double time on Sundays (£35.03 per hour)
• Temp-to-perm position
• 5 on, 3 off shift pattern
• Start times between 21:00 – 01:00
• Approximately 10-hour shifts
• Ongoing, full-time work

Job Role

• Multi-drop deliveries to the client's retail stores across the Manchester area
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Safe and compliant operation of a Class 2 vehicle

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good knowledge of UK road laws and driver hours regulations
