Manufacturing Operator Visual inspector /Swindon/ Mon–Fri, Rotating Shifts (07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00) / £13.28 per hour/ 6-month contract

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Swindon, who is seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Visual Inspectors to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly regulated environment and contribute to the safe and compliant packaging of life-saving products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform manual and semi-automated visual inspections of products
• Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and support real-time reconciliations
• Clean equipment and clean rooms to strict SOP and cGMP standards
• Monitor equipment readiness and report faults
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards
• Maintain audit-ready workspaces using 5S and lean tools
• Support investigations and corrective actions (DRs, CAPAs, OOS, etc.)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain competency through training and support others when required

 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or regulated production environments (preferred)
• GCSEs in Maths, English, and ideally a science subject
• Strong attention to detail and methodical working style
• Excellent eyesight and patience for high-level inspection work
• Commitment to cleanliness, compliance, and teamwork
