Role Overview:


As a Remote Telephone Interpreter, you’ll facilitate real-time conversations between English speakers and clients with limited English proficiency. You’ll play a key role in sectors such as:

  • NHS and healthcare
  • Local government and public services
  • Social care and community support

Your mission: deliver accurate, culturally sensitive interpretation while providing exceptional service on every call.

Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for UK-based interpreters who are:

  • Experienced in verbal interpretation (essential)
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to both languages
  • Eligible to work on a self-employed basis
  • Ideally qualified to Community Interpreting Level 3 or above
  • Willing to obtain or already hold an Enhanced DBS certificate
