What You'll Do:
- Lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and enhance Java EE applications on high-volume enterprise systems.
- Utilise enterprise messaging tools like ActiveMQ and Kafka.
- Design complex PL/SQL queries and manage relational databases.
- Drive cloud computing and DevOps initiatives within an AKS Azure environment.
- Champion Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years in Java EE development.
- Skills: Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and design patterns.
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail, ownership of project components, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile project management using Jira.
