Trainee Machine Operator
Location: Desborough
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £9.50 /hour with overtime paid at x1.5 £14.25
Rotating Shifts: Days (6am – 6pm) and Nights (6pm – 6am)
4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern
The Role:
• Preparing and operating machines (training provided)
• Understanding specifications of the task
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functional.
The Candidate:
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Manual skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
