Excellent opportunity for a temp-to-perm candidate looking to develop their tele appointer skills to kick start a career in Sales and Marketing.
My client is currently dealing with campaigns on behalf of their clients to generate lead appointments and research information within UK and EUROPE
Candidates will be working on IT-related campaigns and must possess strong communication skills.
My client based in Birmingham is looking for a number of Tele appointer and Telemarketer to join their expanding team.
This Temp to Perm Customer Service and Sales Role offers a fantastic career opportunity.
Duties will include;
* Managing outbound calls
* Updating computer systems
* Working towards targets
* Offering excellent customer service
* Delivering sales results by providing high level customer interaction and strong negotiation skills
Experience:
Telemarketing or B2B experience in a similar position/commercial environment is essential, however training will be provided
The opening hours of the site are Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 4.45pm.
Successful candidates will be energetic and tenacious; with a professional edge as their focus will be engaging with business clients to book appointments for the Sales team.
All Telemarketers will need to be able to speak on a business to business level (B2B) and will ideally
but not essential have a background in telesales or appointment setting.
The ideal candidate for this role will also meet the following criteria:-
Impeccable telephone manner, clearly spoken
Understanding of technology
Education to graduate level preferred
Confident, has initiative
Successful candidates will be able to gain an understanding of the structure, work and ethos of the client prior to attending interview.
