 Cost Analyst
Location: London, England
Salary: GBP200 - GBP250 per day
The role is tod deliver a Cost management, Financial management and Financial Control service to Group Centre Functions. You will support the Cost manager with the day to day ownership of relationship for one or more Group Centre Functions.
Duties include production of MI for Group FC within a short timescale at month end, requiring collation of a number of hand-ins and writing of variance commentary
Key Accountabilities include Month end reporting: production of all month-end packs, associated commentaries and KPI’s. You will also identify any in year/ ongoing cost challenges and prepare budgets and forecasts. The successful candidates will review and identify missing Accruals/ prepayments as well as providing statutory and regulatory reports in line with agreed service offer.
You should have cost management experience in any large organisation – preferably financial services. Knowledge of Systems: SAP BW and P11 skills an advantage.
The successful candidate will be a part-qualified accountant (or fully qualified) with good analytical skills and regulatory knowledge.
