Junior (HR) Project Manager 60-70% (m/f/d)
Remote (1-2x per week at the Kelly headquarters in Neuchâtel)
Temporary (until summer 2023)
In this position, you take over responsibility and are involved in several HR projects.

Your responsibilities
- Supporting the HR Director in the implementation of strategic projects and HR initiatives in Switzerland
- Assuming responsibility for the planning of and the follow-up to the projects
- Developing and preparing the necessary materials for the projects in all phases
- Adhering to all defined deadlines according to the HR project management plan
- Proposing solutions in support of the change management aspects
Your support is needed in the following areas (among others): employer branding activities, learning & development strategy Switzerland, creation of a leadership culture in Switzerland, onboarding program, retention management
Your profile
- You have a college degree in business administration or psychology (or equivalent)
- You have very good English skills and good French skills
- You have distinct communication abilities (in speaking and writing)
- You are a team player and are committed to working together in a friendly and fun way
