Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join an organisation on a permanent basis in Dorset.

Responsibilities of the Service Manager:

• Support offenders transitioning from custody into the community, promoting successful rehabilitation and resettlement.

• Monitor and support residents within Approved Premises, ensuring their wellbeing, compliance with licence conditions and the safety of themselves and others.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor resident behaviour and build positive relationships, working closely with colleagues and external agencies.
• Contribute to public protection by ensuring residents comply with their licence conditions, providing support to staff and assisting with out-of-hours duties when required.

Essential Experience of the Service Manager:

• Full UK Driving License
• Enhanced DBS
