Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative for an organisation on a permanent basis.
Duties of the Grounds Maintenance Operative role will include, but is not limited to:
- Carry out low level and high-level gutter clearance, roof line maintenance and servicing
- Undertake caretaking duties including minor internal and external property repairs, litter picking, sweeping, waste & refuse collection and removal
- Clear, clean and prepare a range of properties for occupation and the on-going cleaning and tidying of the internal communal areas, walkways and communal external landscaped areas
- Identify and escalate maintenance issues that could lead to further issues
The successful candidate for the Grounds Maintenance Operative will have:
- Full UK Driving Licence
