Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Development Manager for a public sector organisation, on a permanent basis to support the delivery of the development pipeline by preparing and submitting development appraisals for housing schemes and development opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Development Manager:
- Liaise with Local Authorities and third-party agencies to generate new business opportunities
- Work with contractors and teams across the organisation
- Lead M&E
- Operate within allocated budgets
- Prepare and present reports accurately to describe and appraise developments
- Forecast budget proposals
- Liaise and create strong relationships
- Undertake post project evaluations
Essential Requirements of the Development Manager:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A relevant professional qualification (CIH, RICS, RIBA)
