Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join an organisation on a temporary basis to develop, promote and deliver engaging and relevant social activities and programmes on a daily basis to young people.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

• Support and promote day to day independence
• Complete risk assessments
• Liaise with third party agencies and services
• Carry out support plans
• Facilitate the booking and delivery of community-based programmes
• Carry out safeguarding

Essential Requirements of the Support Worker:

• Knowledge of housing support services and processes
• A willingness to work to a rota system including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• DBS
