Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Advisor to work within the Home Ownership Service on a temporary basis for 3 months.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Ownership Advisor:
- Raise repairs and defects
- Assist with the collection of outstanding rent and service charge payments for Shared Owners and Leaseholders
- Signpost individuals to third party financial guidance with the aim to try and avoid arrears of more than 6 months
- Respond to queries and complaints in line with procedures including resolution of ASB issues where they involve or affect a shared owner or leaseholder
Essential Requirements of the Home Ownership Advisor:
- Experience of Leasehold or Property Management
- Understanding property and management legal contracts, terms and conditions
- IT literate
