Home Sales Advisor

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Home Sales Advisor to work within the Home Sales team to sell shared ownership and open market sales properties effectively and efficiently from marketing and reservation through to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Sales Advisor:

• Deal with home ownership enquiries
• Create and maintain up to date property files and records
• Conduct property viewings and arrange site promotion using relevant methods and media to achieve sales
• Progress ongoing sales with solicitors and purchasers
• Carry out regular checks on vacant shared ownership properties

Essential Requirements of the Home Sales Advisor:

• Previous experience of working in a property sales field
• IT literate
