We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a UX Researcher who will play a key role in uncovering user needs and translating insights into meaningful digital experiences. This role will work closely with product and design teams to drive informed, data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing
  
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
  
• Synthesize research findings into clear recommendations for product, design, and business stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an agile environment
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX research
  
• Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  
• Proven ability to translate research findings into insights that influence product direction
  
• Experience creating UX deliverables such as journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows
  
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying advanced quantitative research methods
