Our client is looking for a Change Manager to support a major organisational transformation program, the design and implementation of a new Service Delivery Target Operating Model across the Asia Pacific region. You will be leading large-scale organisational change, ideally with offshoring and/or headcount reduction experience.

You will join a focused team delivering a high profile, time‑ sensitive‑ transformation that will define the organisation’s future Service Delivery operating model. Unlike roles that focus on incremental or business as‑ ‑usual change, this assignment involves significant shifts in how and where work gets done, demanding agility, resilience, and the ability to manage complex human impacts with empathy and professionalism.

You will work directly with senior leaders and key decision‑makers, contributing to strategic discussions and influencing outcomes at senior levels. At the same time, you’ll have the autonomy to drive your own workstream without micromanagement; your expertise and judgement will be relied upon to shape and execute the change approach.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) leading large‑scale organisational change, ideally on projects involving offshoring and/or headcount reduction.
  • Experience in leading large-scale organisational change, ideally with offshoring and/or headcount reduction experience.
  • Experience in applying structured change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior leaders
  • Deep knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci or similar) and how to apply them pragmatically across the project lifecycle.
  • A strong track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, sponsors and senior business leaders.
  • High resilience and independence, with experience operating effectively in ambiguous, high pressure, and time‑ sensitive‑ environments.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and problem solving‑ skills, enabling you to manage resistance, navigate sensitive situations, and translate complex issues into clear, actionable plans.
