In this role, you’ll be hands-on with all aspects of finishing—stripping moulds, pouring, trowelling, patching, and ensuring every panel meets a high standard. If you take pride in your workmanship and enjoy physical, practical work, this could be the perfect fit!

What you’ll be doing:

• Finishing and smoothing precast concrete panels and products
• Stripping and preparing moulds and formwork
• Steel fixing/tying, pouring, screeding, trowelling, and patching
• Quality checks and ensuring finishes meet required standards
• Working efficiently within a production team

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in precast or concrete finishing
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to use hand tools, trowels, grinders, and finishing equipment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team
