Corporate Restructuring Lawyer
Location: London
Salary: From £225,000 + Bonus

A leading US law firm is seeking a financial restructuring associate to join its market-leading London team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and experience in high-end financial restructuring. Additional expertise in finance, including private capital, private credit, special situations, and familiarity with PIKs, Prefs, Warrants, Converts, bespoke financing, and new money in stressed/distressed situations, is highly desirable.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-profile mandates for leading investment banks, asset managers, and corporations. The role offers exposure to complex restructuring transactions, alongside cutting-edge financing solutions.
