An ambitious senior associate with a passion for real estate law is sought by a highly revered boutique law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading real estate team with a clear track to partnership.

Role Overview:

The role focuses primarily on occupier/landlord and tenant work within the hospitality and leisure sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising restaurant operators, cinemas, and retail luxury brands. Responsibilities include property acquisitions and disposals, real estate portfolio management, and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex occupier work within the hospitality and leisure industry.
  • Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters.
  • Managing property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Overseeing real estate portfolio management and lease renewals.
  • Developing and nurturing client relationships within the sector.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years PQE in real estate law, with a strong focus on occupier work.
  • Proven track record in the hospitality and leisure sector.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
