Due to the company recent growth our client is looking to bring four Production Operatives to join their existing team based in Aylesford.
Monday to Friday role
Afternoon Shift 3pm to 12pm
Overtime available on Saturday paid on premium rates
Salary £22000 basic
This is a permanent, full time position, starting asap
Responsibilities:
• Basic machine operating
• Packing/Pallet work.
• Completion of any cleaning records as required
• Finished product quality checks
• Follow instructions and monitor work practices
• Ensure continuous production is maintained
• Carry out specific production duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will have
• Excellent timekeeping.
• Effective manual skills and dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to targets
• Ability and willingness to follow verbal and written instructions
• Team player
• Drive and motivation.
