We’re Hiring: Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant!

Due to rapid expansion and multiple new client wins we are looking to add an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Driving and Industrial recruitment to our team in Ashford.
We’re looking for a motivated, target-driven recruiter to join our team and help grow a busy, fast-paced desk.
The role
·        Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement and aftercare.
·        Build and develop client relationships across the Driving and Industrial sectors.
·        Source, interview, register, and place quality temporary workers.
·        Grow an existing desk while identifying new business opportunities.
·        Maintain high standards of compliance, service, and communication.
What we’re looking for
·        Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
·        Driving and Industrial recruitment experience is essential.
·        Confident business development skills and the ability to grow accounts.
·        A proactive, resilient, and organised approach.
·        Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
·        Full UK driving licence preferred.
