Maintenance Engineer needed in Marden ( Near Maidstone/Tonbridge)

Monday to Friday role - Full time/ Permanent position

Hours: 06:00 to 14.00 and 14:00 to 22:00 – rotating weekly

Salary: up to £40 – dependent on experience

Duties:

·Ensure day to day maintenance is carried out on Negri Bossi / Engel / Fanuc/ Arburg injection moulding machines (range from 40 tonnes to 850 tonnes), Sepro/Viper robots and injection moulding ancillary equipment.

·Deal with breakdowns as and when they arise

·Ensure all ancillary equipment is kept in safe working order, carrying out maintenance / repairs as required.

·Help support the Maintenance team leader with ensuring services of following equipment is carried out on a regular basis

Robots

Lifting equipment

Water chillers

Compressed air system

PAT testing

Periodic electrical testing

Heating

Screw cleaner

Air conditioning

·Carry out responsibilities listed under Fire Procedure.

·Maintain the clean room facilities in accordance with the maintenance schedule.

The ideal candidate will

Have a passion for fault finding and improvements and an excellent attention to details

Have experience in a busy production/ manufacturing environment

Have Electrical and Mechanical Experience
